Reale was born from a shared vision between Italian chef Michele Scarpa and seasoned restaurateurs Stewart Campbell and Bo Henry. With over 30 years of culinary expertise across Europe and the U.S., Michele’s journey includes experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and bustling kitchens in Dallas, Las Vegas, and California, where he refined his craft and developed a passion for authentic Italian pizza.

For 25 years, Stewart and Bo have owned popular restaurants in Albany, GA. When they introduced Michele’s pizza crusts at their Italian restaurant, they were so impressed by the quality that they converted their most popular restaurant’s pizza—from dough balls to Reale’s flash-frozen, par-baked crusts.

Together, they founded Ciao Ciao Pizza Manufacturing to make high-quality, Italian-style pizza accessible and consistent across the food industry. Reale’s crusts allow businesses to serve delicious, authentic pizza with ease—just add toppings and bake—addressing labor challenges while ensuring every pizza meets Italian standards of flavor and quality.
